I am an active member of the National Auctioneers Association and a member and director of the Texas Auctioneers Association. I have been a Realtor since 1997 and an Auctioneer since 2004. We specialize in accelerated, aggressive and targeted marketing. I will be happy to answer any questions regarding Real Estate Auctions. We teach MCE classes in Real Estate Auction Fundamentals and also educate other professionals - attorneys, lenders, investors etc. We welcome Broker participation. There are many similarities in the way Auction companies conduct business - but there are just as many differences. Make sure you know all the terms and conditions, Auction terminology and what they mean, and how an auction may benefit you and your client. Learn how to represent buyers at auction as well. Read Buyer Broker participation rules carefully to make sure that you are compensated if compensation is offered. Check your local Board of Realtors to see if they sort auction listings and if you can search by "auction". Please feel free to ask any questions.
